The effect of using telephone monitoring at NordicCall is not always something that can be explained, which is why we at NordicCall offer a satisfaction guarantee to our customers. We are therefore sure that once you have started using NordicCall’s phone care, you will continue to do so, because it frees up many resources very efficiently and cheaply.
That is why we also offer our new customers that they can get 30 days of telephone assistance completely free of charge, with the exception of DøgnService telephone assistance. Then you can assess for yourself how many resources are freed up by using telephone answering. But that’s not enough, we offer an extended guarantee for our telephone assistance: If within the first month of starting as a paying customer you consider that you can do without the telephone assistance, you simply have to contact us no later than the last day of that month . Then we will close your telephone service and not send an invoice for the period we have helped with the telephone service.
